Pease Devemopment Authority - Information To Be Forthcoming:

(4) Pease Tradeport and the Division of Ports and Harbors [e.g., rules, by-laws, policies, procedures. etc.] that govern Right of Entry [RoE] agreements and Concession Agreements [proposing, creating, modifying, terminating, appealing] 

(5) records that detail the intent, basis and rational relating to: 

 (a) the new 10 foot equipment storage restriction behind RoEs; 

 (b) the new 10% "concession fee", how such is calculated and presented to customers; and 

 (c) legally conforming land uses, structures and buildings when new requirements deem such as now non-compliant ["Grandfather Clause"].
